As 2017 comes to a close, 2018 will see ALIVE AND DANGEROUS kicking into overdrive. Three festival shows have been announced, the first one see's the band back in London for Fleadh week at Nell's Jazz & Blues following their two sold out shows there in November 2017.

Next up it's one of the biggest festivals in Europe, Sweden Rock festival which is an annual festival that has been going since 1992 with some of the greatest rock/metal acts from around the world.

 Also in June 2018 it's back to Ire...

Following sell out shows in Sweden in September 2017, the band will be back with a Live and Dangerous set at Sweden Rock Festival in June 2018.

This is the first show announced for 2018. The band are delighted to be taking part in one of the biggest and best rock festivals in Europe.

Over two nights (Friday24th and Saturday 25th of November 2017) Brian Downey's ALIVE AND DANGEROUS delivered a full set from one, if not the best 'LIVE' album of all time, Released on June 2, 1978 'LIVE AND DANGEROUS'. Between the rapturous response from the crowd and the band at their peak on the back of an Irish and European tour, it was nostalgia for some and for others it was an introduction to the sound of one of the most important bands in the seventies and early eighties. Following a sold out tour of Sweden, ALIVE AND DANGEROUS will be heading for  France at Le Forum Vaureal. on October 14 to play their blistering LIVE set for the upcoming 40th Anniversary of the classic Live and Dangerous album. Also on the bill will be The Pat McManus Band, Pat, formerly of the great Irish band Mama's Boys.

Mama's Boys toured with Thin Lizzy in 1983 on the Thunder and Lightning tour, so you are in for a great show of the finest Irish rock.

ALIVE AND DANGEROUS have just kicked off their European tour which started in Sweden, plus two dates in London later this year. Here's a run down of the remaining Shows.

Catch them if you can, the band are firing on all cylinders, producing one hell of a set of LIVE classics. You will not leave disappointed, you might not want to leave at all.

Due to Huge demand ALIVE AND DANGEROUS are to play a second show at Nells Jazz & Blues - London to mark the upcoming 40th Anniversary of Thin Lizzy's Live and Dangerous album, ALIVE AND DANGEROUS, currently nearing the end of their Irish tour with rave reviews, will be heading out to play their European dates through September and October.

It was fever pitch on the build up to the All Ireland Hurling Final and on he eve of the match September 2nd 2017 ALIVE AND DANGEROUS made their Live Television debut on RTE ONE.

Up For The Match is a programme on RTE which is shown every year on the night before the All Ireland final with special guests and former Hurling stars. The band played out the end of the show with an EPIC performance of The Boys Are Back In Town.
